Hi I'm Kylie and I'm 11. I'm doing this because I wanted to do something nice for people with cancer and cancer research. I feel bad for them and wanted to do this. :)
*a note from Kylie's mother. Kylie has always had such a giving and kind heart. She is the first to step up and give herself and sacrifice to help others. Being a kid these days and it is even harder when you are different. Having cancer sets kids out from the normal and Kylie is always the one to jump in and create a normal and healthy relationship with people that society may see as different. Doing this is just giving more confirmation that, at 11, she is not willing to let our society tell her what she should be or should do. She is going to be the strong child we all know she is and shave her head to raise money that will hopefully some day save more lives.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.
