I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Locks Off for Lauren

This is my 9th and final year shaving my head with St. Baldrick's.  As I finish my Senior year of high school and prepare for college at the University of Pittsburgh, I am honored to say I have raised over $11,000 for children's cancer research with St Baldrick's.  All of this was possible with the generosity of my family and friends.  I will forever be thankful for their support.


Nine years ago, I wanted to support my friend Aiden and shave my head so he wasn't the only bald kid in our class.  My motivation has evolved over the years and I can honestly say it has been a blessing to participate,  raise money  and shave my head to help kids with cancer.


Why am I shaving my head with St. Baldrick’s? Because with your donation “on my head,” together, we can save lives.

Research is hope for kids with cancer, but donations to find cures have been down since 2020.

Your gift will give kids hope, supporting the best research across the country, through the largest charitable funder of childhood cancer research grants.

Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. I don’t want to let these kids down. Can you help? Thank you!
