I've answered the call to be a hero! I'm having my head shaved to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. I have 2 friends who have children with cancer - one was diagnosed with Wilms tumors at age 2 at her well-child visit, and the other was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma at just a few months old. I'm going bald for them, and for so many other children who have had to endure, or who have been lost to this awful disease.
Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation, or join me and shave your head too! We can also have team members who are fundraisers only - they don't shave their heads. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.
Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
