I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: ShAVING LIVES MCH 2020

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: ShAVING LIVES MCH 2020

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

I have been working as a pediatric oncology and bone marrow transplant nurse for the past five years. In that time I have witnessed first hand the improvements in patient care and treatments that come from childhood cancer research. I also have scene that we still need more research.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

As a bonus, I will be doing some silly stuff to my hair on the days leading up to my shaving. So donate some money, have a good laugh at my expense, and know that you are helping to create better treatments and cures for kids and young people with cancer.
