I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

As a follicly challenged man who's been weighing the pros and cons of shaving my head, what better motivation to move ahead than to do this as a benefit for childhood cancer through St. Baldrick's Foundation? So I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research. Each year, 175,000 children are diagnosed with cancer worldwide.  Current childhood cancer research is significantly  underfunded, receiving less than 4% of federal funding for cancer research.  St. Baldrick's exists to change that.  It is second to the federal government in funding research grants for childhood cancer.  Will you consider making a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. Thank you!  If you need more convincing, please view Chase's cancer story on this page.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
