I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Why am I having my head shaved? To stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, who typically lose their hair during treatment. More importantly, I'm doing it to raise funds for childhood cancer research! I’m asking your help to meet my goal of fundraising $1,000 by this Wednesday…. I know, not a lot of time. So let’s get some incentives for you to donate!

This Wednesday, my assistant will randomly pick a winner to receive a couple of day passes to work at the uber-awesome co-working space, NextSpace… great for you entrepreneurs that love to collaborate ($80 value)! Another lucky winner will receive some swag from the Onion! Yes, the satire Onion, not a onion from the market….. mmmmm… sautéed onions.
Another lucky winner can choose what design I will have on the next Mohawk, it’s kinda endearing. Now here’s the biggie! Let’s dial this to 11…
The top contributor to donate to this cause will receive a 2% equity stake in our new endeavor. What is this new endeavor you ask??!!!

Well to put very shortly: We are developing a TED-like retreats aimed at curating experiences centered on the arts and technology for families battling life-threatening diseases. Think of a camp but with science experiments, interactive dancing pads with laser lights, design charrettes, musical break-out sessions with experimental instruments, singers, dancers, filmmakers, engineers, and space!!!!! Oh, man, that’s just for the adults!! Don’t get me started what is being planned for the kiddies!!!

So, do you just want to click like on a FB post, or you do you want to change the world?
