I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

On February 16th, 2017, the world lost a ray of light when my friend Jessica passed away. Jess's tenacity, grace, courage, and humor while she battled ovarian cancer was (and continues to be) an inspiration to me. Four years ago I participated in St. Baldrick's to show her support after her diagnosis.  She was the first one I texted my bald selfie to, with tears in my eyes to tell her how much I loved her.  That she wasn't alone.  We grew out our hair together for a brief time until she needed more aggressive treatment.  Now I'm shaving again in honor of her memory. I'll miss her, and I can't think of a better way to honor her than by putting good into the world in her name.  Childhood cancer is extremely underfunded, and I believe in the good work St. Baldrick's does.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
