I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Mary Stewart's Sunny Cold Days

This is my third year to be a part of this amazing fundraiser. I am raising money in honor of our daughter, Mary Stewart. She was diagnosed with a rare form of Leukemia (AML) in July of 2014 when she was 4 years old. She battled through chemo, radiation and a stem cell transplant only to relapsed 22 months later.


In 2016 doctors at St. Jude said Mary Stewart had a 10-20 percent chance to survive the relapsed leukemia. She was treated at St. Jude and then Seattle Children's where she underwent a 2nd stem cell transplant.


Mary Stewart is now 4 years and 3 months in remission. She will turn 11 in May and enjoys being a 4th grade student, playing tennis and running around the neighborhood with her friends.

We picked St. Balderick's because of their focus on finding research projects that make a difference. Every dollar that you give counts and we hope you feel great about that!
