I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: AHT Girls!

Hey guys my name is Brie, I am 18 years old and am currently a student at The Academy of Hair Technology. The reason why I am choosing to become a shavee, is because I want to show that I care, and do my part. There is and has been cancer in my family and in my good friends’ families. So, I decided to shave my head to raise money for children all over so they can experience a life like I have got to. These children did not ask to have cancer, just like they did not ask or plan to loose all their hair. It wasn’t their choice to become bald. I have a choice to shave my head, this way maybe they wont feel alone, I know if I woke up one day and found out I had a deadly disease that would make me loose all my hair and become sick I would want some to be there supporting me in every way possible. That is why I’m participating in St.Bladricks, so I can say to every person out there, your not alone I’m here for you. So if you want to do your part, and not shave your head feel free to donate! Thank you!
