I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I have the opportunity to care for children with many forms of cancer and am amazed by their resilience. They have shown me the importance of inner strength and the preciousness of life. I am grateful to them and their families for allowing me to care for and learn from them. Also, I shave my head in memory of family members who have passed from lung and blood cancers, and to honor those relatives and friends who have survived breast and cervical cancer, and melanoma.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
