I am shaving to raise money for childhood cancer research

Why am I shaving my head with St. Baldrick’s?

Because with your donation “on my head,” together, we can save lives.

This year marks a major milestone for me: after 19 total years of shaving and 15 years of actively raising money for this cause, this will be my final year. I want to go out strong for the kids who have inspired me every step of the way.

We have so much to celebrate: Princess Brooke is now a Freshman at UNC Charlotte and continues to be cancer-free! However, this journey also brings the heaviest of hearts. My high school friends’ daughter, Brianna, sadly earned her angel wings in 2025 after her courageous battle with Neuroblastoma. Her memory is a profound reminder of why we cannot stop fighting until every child has a cure.

The battle continues today for kids like Cora, who is still fighting a brain tumor. After more rounds of chemo and surgeries than any child should ever have to endure, she has proven she is a warrior, but her journey shows just how badly we need safer, more effective treatment options for our children.

That’s why I stand with these brave kids one last time to show them that being bald isn’t such a bad thing. On March 22nd, please join me as I take it all off—or as I tell the barber, "just leave the eyebrows." Whether you can spare a little or a lot, let’s make my final year the most impactful one yet to honor Brianna’s legacy and support Cora’s future.
