See you there!

UPDATE: You guys are incredible!! We overshot our original goal of $2,500 within 24 HOURS. Do you think we can triple our goal to $7,500? Let's do it!

******************************

Many of you may be wondering, why the sudden decision?

In reality, I have been thinking of shaving my head for about 4 years, when I first heard about this organization in medical school. Fast-forward to June 2020, as a new pediatrician in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic, I found myself taking care of pediatric patients with cancer. It was both challenging and heartbreaking, and I knew I could do more to help these children and their families.

And so, I plan to cut and donate all 25 inches of my hair, then shave the remainder of my head for this fundraiser. The St. Baldrick's Foundation has a long history of supporting research grants, and they engage in close communication with the oncology researchers who make a difference in children diagnosed with cancer.

I believe in St. Baldrick's cause and have seen the impact of this research first-hand, and so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids.

Join me as I cut 25 inches of hair to raise $2,500 towards the fight against childhood cancer!
