My Story

Peter is a video game fanatic who loves Legos and enjoys listening to (and sometimes creating) hip hop beats and vaporwave music. The week before Christmas 2020, Peter was diagnosed with #osteosarcoma. A long journey of chemotherapy to treat the tumor and two surgeries to replace 10 inches of his femur with a prosthetic followed. He is still on crutches and continues physical therapy to regain full use of his leg. Thankfully, six months of post-chemotherapy scans have shown no evidence of disease and Peter is once again engaging in an active teenage life with school, friends, and hobbies while looking forward to the future.
