My Story

I was diagnosed with cancer on May 2, 2016, as a 6 month old baby, it was a tumor in my right kidney called a Wilms tumor. My awesome team of doctors and surgeons at Portsmouth Naval Hospital worked together with specialist at CHOP to figure out the right plan for me. After months of treatments and a surgery to remove what was left of the tumor, I was announced NED (no evidence of disease) just after my first birthday. Now, 5 years later, I'm still cancer free and receive scans every 3 months to ensure I stay that way.   Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick's Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
