My Story

Bransen is a gift to so many, diagnosed at 7 months with bi-lateral wilms tumor. He is an easy going toddler, who enjoys making himself laugh, wrestling with his older Brother, playing with his older sister. His first loves are DOGS, cars, and just being home with his family. He is a fighter after his right kidney removal we spend 43 days in pICU and then ventured on to harsher chemos, the left tumor continued to grow and in Spet we removed approx 50% of the right kidney, tumor and all. Another stay in PICU for 3.5 weeks . We were finally able to stay home for an extended period of time on Dec 30th 07.and we are so thankful for each day we have with him!!!!!!! He will win staring contests and make you smile even on the hardest days! You can stay updated on Bransen's progress at www.caringbridge.org/visit/bransenfernando.
