My Story

Hi! Thanks for checking out my story! My name is Norah, and I’m a princess-loving, Mac & cheese eating, preschool going 4 year old!I may be the littlest of 3 girls, but there’s nothing little about my personality! I’ve been called Super Norah since the day I was diagnosed, and I’ve lived up to the nickname each and every day! For the most part, Cancer hasn’t slowed me down one bit! I’m in dance class, and love singing and dancing every moment I can! Booty shaking is my not-so-hidden talent. But the reality is that cancer has changed everyone in my family’s life forever. We’ve made this our ‘new normal,’ but our life is anything but. Cancer makes everyday things a little more tricky & stressful. If I get a fever, I can’t take medicine like my sisters; I have to go to the ER. That’s just one tiny example of a way this awful disease makes my childhood different- because I AM one in 4. Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
