My Story

Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure. Adley was diagnosed with a neuroblastoma and secondary OMS on January 8th, 2019 after having neurological defects causing him to loose his ability to walk and crawl. After 3 weeks and many visits to the ER and pediatricians our primary pediatrician sent us to Lurie Children’s hospital to be evaluated and within 24 hours and multiple tests later we finally had our answer. That was the scariest time in my life as a mother, hearing your child has cancer, however, he had a great team of doctors who were able to remove the tumor. Adley will undergo treatment for the next year to assure his cancer is gone and to cure his OMS.
