My Story

In October 2018, I was diagnosed with Ganglioneuroblastoma. It is a very rare cancer that attacks the nerves. Less than 5 of 1,000,000 children every year are diagnosed. I thought I was injured from playing football because it hurt me to breathe when I laid down. I had an x-ray taken and 1 1/2 weeks later, I was having surgery to have a tumor removed. After my biopsy came back cancerous and my scans were showing active cancer cells and that my tumor was back, I began my chemotherapy. I will go back in April to see how well the chemo worked.

I appreciate and thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick's Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
