My Story

Johnny Morris was diagnosed with stage 4 high risk neuroblastoma at just 7 months old. He has battled this disease everyday for the last 38 months. He’s a patient at Dana Farber’s Jimmy Fund Clinic & Boston Children’s Hospital. He’s endured so much, including 30 plus rounds of chemo, 20 rounds of radiation, stem cell transplants & MIBG treatments. He has had over 150 blood transfusions and been under anesthesia over 100 times at 3 years old. They most recently found a brain tumor that needed emergency surgery. He is be far the strongest and most inspirational little boy I have ever seen! His dad John is a 3rd generation Newton Massachusetts Firefighter and his Mom Colleen who is his lifeline, hasn’t left his side for a second since 9/15/15. Colleen always worked two jobs and had to leave them both indefinitely to care for Johnny. #JOHNNYSTRONG
