My Story

Alyssa was admitted to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia on December 16, 2018 and was diagnosed with Leukemia. Alyssa has the most common form of childhood leukemia: B-ALL.  After 3 long weeks in the hospital, spanning Christmas and New Years, she is now home and thriving.

Alyssa has a long road ahead with many doctors visits each week, more procedures, and chemotherapy. The great news is that Alyssa's prognosis is excellent and she has the best caregivers at CHOP!

Thank you for supporting Alyssa and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
