My Story

Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure. I was diagnosed with high-risk acute myeloid leukemia in March 2017. I had to stay in the hospital for over 3 months for inpatient chemotherapy. I celebrated my 15th birthday a month after being diagnosed. I had a cord blood transplant on August 7, 2017. My family moved to the Charleston area and my parents are unable to work because they are taking care of me. We will be required to stay in the Charleston area for 3 to 4 months before we can return to our home near Columbia SC. Thank you for your support and prayers.
