My Story

Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure. I was diagnosed with Brain Cancer on January 23, 2017. I knew with faith, I could fight and finish my treatment to rid my body of this cancer! In early May, Carson had an MRI that showed the scattered tumors in his brain are completely gone. The tumor on his pituitary gland is gone. The tumor on his pineal gland is just a blip that Carson's oncologist feels is just scar tissue, and we will watch it. Carson will have MRI scans every three months to make sure nothing changes, for the next year. Then every six months for several years. Then once a year. The question I asked...... "So can we say Carson is cancer free?" His Oncologist's answer...... For now, yes!!!!! Glory be to God! Praise Jesus, Hallelujah!!!!!
