My Story

I was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma just seven weeks after my fourth birthday. Fortunately the tumor was contained to my right eye. My parents and I traveled to Cincinnati Children's every three to four weeks for six months of Intraarterial Chemotherapy, Cryotheraphy and Intraocular Chemotherapy. Thankfully, my team of Doctors was able to treat my cancer. I was declared cancer free on August 31, 2016, just four weeks after my fifth birthday! My right eye continues to heal every day and the Doctors are hopeful vision will return someday soon. Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
