Alice was diagnosed with cancer in late June of 2016. We went to the ER for a GI bug and after a long stressful week found out it was a mass and scheduled for an MRI. She was diagnosed with having a Neuroblastoma in her abdomen. It is entwined with several nerves and is unable to be removed. A biopsy was done and found that it is a low risk tumor and only needs to have MRI's to ensure no changes. She is currently getting scans every six months with the next one coming up in May 19' and the tumor hasn't grown or changed in any way. After this scan we are hoping to have them yearly until she is 5 and (fingers crossed) will get cleared!
