My Story

James was diagnosed his freshman year of high school and while still undergoing his initial treatment relapsed. In September of 2005 he had a bone marrow transplant. James was a very gregarious child with a zest for life and he lived it to the fullest. His greatest passions were golf and skiing. He loved spending time with his family and friends.

The Childhood Cancer Ripple Effect

Help kids take childhood back from cancer — support lifesaving cancer research today.

Children who are fighting or have fought cancer inspire others to be part of the Foundation's mission — to support the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers and give survivors long and healthy lives.
