My Story

Annie was diagnosed two weeks before her 4th birthday in October of 2015. She is a feisty l, loving and very compassionate little girl who has an "old soul"  she LOVES being bald and playing with her brother Benjamin. She also enjoys pretending to give her stuffed animals and babies chemo and other treatments. She decided to name her port Kwazii after the pirate kitty on the Octonuts.  This journey has definitely changed every aspect of our family's  lives, but we are determined to find some positive in this and help other families that are also going through this experience. Unfortunately, there is not enough awareness about Childhood Cancers and we are going to help change that!Thank you for supporting Annie and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
