My Story

Hi. My name is Lilian, but everyone calls me Lily. In December of 2011 I was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).I am a seven year old little girl who is full of life and full of laughter. I am tough, I am a fighter. I am the middle sister and my older sister and younger brother love me! I am currently in treatment and I have chemo usually every Monday in clinic. My mommy, daddy, grandparents, and friends tell me all the time how special I am. I love american girl dolls, playing drums, reading, painting, eating shrimp, and playing outside on my trampoline (even though I haven't been able to do that in a while). I also love going to the beach and jumping in the waves. I will beat cancer because my daddy says that is what we do! Lily is very outgoing and she is not afraid of anything. She has been an inspiration to all those around her. She has unbelievable strength, courage, and spirit. She never complains and faces each new challenge with a positive outlook. She is always smiling and always beautiful. She is our hero. We love you Lilybug!
