My Story

Jax Anthony Lanz, precious angel. At 3 monthhs of age, Jax was diagnosed with AT/RT cancer, a very rare and fast-growing tumor of the brain and spinal cord. Jax is forever our hero. He lived his life with so much joy and love! Jax entered heaven at 4 months and 11 days of age. We strive to spread awareness on childhood cancer in his honor.
