My Story

Ashlyne lived to be 10 years old. She is my step daughter. We found out about her cancer last summer, when she was visiting us from California where she lives with her mom and brother. They had to amputate her lower left leg because the tumor encased itself in the bone and did way too much damage to it. She was a dancer and a cheerleader so it was hard. We are truly blessed to have such a great support system not just here in Minnesota where we live, but California and other states across the U.S.! My good friend Deb Snyder is honoring our fighter and shaving her head! Thank you Deb and all the others who are honoring someone who is fighting childhood cancer!
