My Story

In October 2013, at age 4, I was diagnosed with Stage III Wilm's - an aggressive growing kidney cancer. After two surgeries, seven radiation treatments and six months of chemotherapy, I am happy to say I am now done with treatment. Yay! I had my port removed in July and now I can travel and swim and do all the fun things a 5yr old wants to do. Although my prognosis is very good, I still have a long road ahead of me before I am declared "cancer free." I have scans and tests every three months for the next several years. Scans are scary for me - and so are lab draws! Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
