My Story

When people hear the name Jonah Hammett the words Courageous, Awe Inspiring, Baseball Loving and Never Give Up are a few that come to mind. Jonah was diagnosed with a brain tumor in June 2012 and despite multiple surgeries and several rounds of chemotherapy and radiation he remained positive and his faith in God never wavered. Jonah joined God's baseball team on May 8, 2014 but in true Jonah fashion he continues to inspire and motivate his friends, acquaintances and even people who never actually met him but followed his story. Jonah will continue to live on through his family and friends.Thank you for remembering him and supporting more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
