My Story

December 11th 2012 will be a day that we will never forget. That was the day that after 4 months of continual doctors visits and numerous diagnosis we finally learned what the underlying problem was that was causing all the illnesses. We had made yet another trip to the doctors. This time it was urgent care because the pediatricians office was booked. The doctor took one look at Troy and said " I am sorry there is nothing I can do for him here. You need to get him to an emergency room." So we took off to the hospital. After they drew blood we learned that Troy had ALL (Leukemia). That started our treatment journey. Your support is greatly appreciated. Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
