My Story

Zac Dominic Avripas is a 4 year old, happy-go-lucky boy who loves Spider-Man, the Avengers and playing with his sisters, Ava and Zoe. Zac was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on Friday July 19, 2013 after complaining of pain in his legs. Zac begins the "maintenance" phase of treatment this month (March, 2014) and will continue treatment for the next 2.5 years. His strength and unwavering courage continue to motivate our family and everyone he meets. Thank you for supporting Zac and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
