My Story

Hunter was diagnosed with Embryonal Rhabdomyosarcoma and Hemophilia Type A when he was 6wks old. He completed a year of Chemo. On November 28,2014 Hunter was admitted for respiratory issues. On Jan.31,2015 he was transfered to the PICU because he was in respiratory distress. He was then put onto a ventilator 1 wk later he had a lung biopsy. The results from the biopsy came back with multiple things wrong but no answers as to the main cause of it. Hunter had been fighting since he was 6wks old. He continued to maintain a reputation for not being textbook and being rare. Hunter received his wings in Feb 2015. Hunter has left an everlasting impression on my heart. He was always willing to share a smile even in the midst of his greatest battle. Thank you for supporting Hunter and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
