My Story

Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure. I was diagnosed with Wilm's Tumor (kidney cancer) on May 14, 2013. Soon after, I had surgery to remove the grapefruit sized tumor as well as my right kidney. I went through 20 weeks of chemotherapy treatment until I was declared to be in remission at the end of September 2013. I now go in for scans every 3 months to make sure the cancer hasn't returned.
