My Story

Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure. In March 2013, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Hepatoblastoma after being misdiagnosed 6 weeks earlier! After 4 rounds of chemotherapy, I was able to have a liver resection of 60% of my liver with a second surgery 3 days later to fix a bile duct leak. After recovering from surgery, I had 2 more cycles of chemo and was deemed in remission on August 29, 2013. I was monitored once a month for the first year and now I am monitored every other month and I continue to kick cancer's butt! I continue to grow and thrive and act like a typical five year old!
