My Story

Lucas was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia when he was 2.5 years old. He is now 4.5 years old and has 16 months of treatment remaining. He is a very brave and inspiring young boy. Lucas loves the outdoors, especially the beach and playground. He loves playing his Wii Lego games. He loves to listen to his music on his MP3 player. Lucas loves to make others laugh. He is witty and spontaneous. He has been remarkably resilient with all of the treatments and hospital visits.

The Childhood Cancer Ripple Effect

Help kids take childhood back from cancer — support lifesaving cancer research today.

Children who are fighting or have fought cancer inspire others to be part of the Foundation's mission — to support the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers and give survivors long and healthy lives.
