My Story

In memory of Marcos L. Santana Jr. A warrior who battled neuroblastoma cancer for 3 years. He fought with courage, dignity, determination to NEVER GIVE UP...Marcos lost his battle on August 26, 2009 at 3;10 p.m. He said "Mommy, pick me up and hold me" She wrapped him in her arms...and he died...... "I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one, I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I'd like the tears of those who grieve to dry before the sun of happy memories that I leave when life is done."
