My Story

JR was an energetic, happy child who loved pretty much everything and everyone. He was a great baseball player with a great throwing arm and also played lacrosse, liked to ski and skate and participated in a sailing camp during the summers. He loved when it snowed and being the first one to grab a sled and go sledding down our small country road-type street, building a snowman or designing a fort. He loved playing in the neighborhooed with his friends, whether it was a big game of manhunt or nailing together some woodscraps to make a go-cart. He was always very kind to his family and loved spending time on bike adventures with his dad. He also loved helping dad with projects around the house and giggling with his sister. He would always get so excited about going on a trip, whether it was Cape Cod to visit his grandparents or Cuttyhunk, Arizona to visit other grandparents or to see his cousins on a camping trip. Everything to JR was fun and exciting. His mother loved planning special occasions and holidays for him because he always was so happy to be there! He was loved by his family and friends and is greatly missed.
