My Story

Jacob was diagnosed on 7.28.2010 and he just turned 5 on March 31st. He LOVES superheros especially Spiderman and Wolverine. He also loves Transformers and Legos. He has an almost 2 year old sister named Gracie that he adores. His favorite things to do are play on his swingset, build with his Legos and watch the original Transformers cartoons with his dad. Jacob's favorite food is pizza and chicken. When he grows up he wants to be a chef at Pei Wei and McDonalds (his two favorite places to eat).
