My Story

Liliana just celebrated her 4th yr cancer free. She was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma and had her right eye removed in Feb, 2010. Her vision in the remaining left has been diminishing, due heredity vision loss in the left eye. She also has three places in her brain that didn't develop properly, two that possibly cause seizures and one that causes horrible headaches. Other than that Liliana is a normal happy 6 yr old that loves to play with her friends. She is so full of life and loves everyone. She has her down days when she gets upset about everything she has had to go through. She is developing some anxieties about having eye drops put in her eyes, because she losses the remaining vision when her eye are completely dilated.
