My Story

Christian is a beautiful, adorable, and funny 2 1/2 year old boy who was diagnosed with an Anaplastic Ependymoma Grade III brain tumor April 2010. He is currently a patient at St. Jude Children's hospital, but was able to come home Dec. 2010. He is still undergoing maintenance chemo at home, but has completed four rounds of high-dose chemo at St. Jude's and Proton Beam Radiation Therapy in Jacksonville, FL. Due to the location and completxity of Christian's tumor, he has significant delays in all areas, but with everything he has been through in the past 11 months he is a super trooper and is doing very well. He loves to play with cars, trucks, planes and trains. He also loves animals and has many stuffed animals that are his favorites to snuggle up to at night. He has a very sweet and kind personality who loves to be around others.
