My Story

Alex loved spiderman, playing X box and rough housing with his three brothers and sister. He was a little trickster as well. Loved to play outside and blow bubbles. On 7/27/2010 he was DX. with a very rare aggressive cancer, Desmoplastic small round cell ( DSRCT), he was only four. In his short little life thus far he had a byopisy, bone marrow test, stem cell harvesting, surgery to remove two cancerous lypmph nodes and so much more. Chemo every two weeks, and "hot chemo" surgery in March. Through all this I have learned what a real superhero is, and his name is Alex. I am so proud of my little man and cherish everyday I had with him.
