My Story

"This is my 4th year shaving my head!!! I hope all the money we raise will save more kids like my sister, Meghan." - Anthony Wise, age 8 Meghan has the most vibrant smile and great laugh! Her resilience is an inspiration to her family and friends. She will celebrate her 10th birthday on March 1st. This past year marked another milestone for Meghan, she is considered cured! She's doing well health wise, still some bruising from low platelets - taking their time recovering. Our Family is forever grateful to all you who have either volunteered or donated to St.Baldrick's. If you're able to come out for the Shaving Event, it's Friday March 15th in McCook at The Max (just off LaGrange Rd and 47th Street).
