My Story

Brisa was a fighter. At nine months of age she had an aneurysm burst in her brain. Despite all odds she survived and was a normal, happy child until the age of four when she was diagnosed with leukemia, with the Philadelphia marker. Brisa underwent three mini stem cell transplants at City of Hope. She fought a long hard battle for six years. Brisa received her Angel Wings on Oct. 23, 2009.
