My Story

Kristian has spent the last 3.5 years getting chemo treatments by the wonderful staff at his oncologist's office and at Kosair Children's hospital. He is a very serious, mature, little guy who has gone through treatment with the support of family and friends. We are so blessed to have just finished maintenance. Kristian loves video games, Bakugan, and pets. He is very smart (getting straight A's) and likes riding his bike and roller skating. He grew up with chemo treatments and doctor visits, and hospital stays just being a normal part of his life. He is very excited now to be able to move on with only check up appointments for the forseeable future.

The Childhood Cancer Ripple Effect

Who's Honoring Me

Help kids take childhood back from cancer — support lifesaving cancer research today.

Children who are fighting or have fought cancer inspire others to be part of the Foundation's mission — to support the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers and give survivors long and healthy lives.
