My Story

Thomas is doing great! He goes to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis every year around the last week of September for follow up care. We are scheduled to go this year September 25th. He gets scans and sees his pediatric endocronoligist, dentist, opthamalogist, and of course his oncologist. To date he is cancer free!! He also gets evaluated by counselors as part of their "St Judes for Life" after care program. He is on "human hormone growth therapy". He is doing well in school. We are so grateful to all of his doctors, especially Dr. Hansen and Dr. Bergamini. And of course, we are so greatful for all that St. Baldrick's does for pediatric cancer research. Also, many thanks to the "Friends of Kids with Cancer" organization. Thomas's battle with cancer has changed all of us forever. We cherish everyday and live with attitudes of gratitude for all of our blessings! All to God's Glory!!!
