My Story
Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure. Kno’lan was diagnosed with a rare cancer called langerhans cell Histiocytosis when he was 5 months old. I noticed signs at 3 weeks of age. Since then, he’s had it two more times. He’s on his 3rd time of having it, he for sure has until November of 2026 for chemo. He’s gotten LCH in multiple areas of his body including skull, skin, mouth tissue, blood, GI, right ear canal and cervical lymph nodes. He had to get mouth surgery in Dec 2024 to have 1 adult and 4 baby teeth removed (all his top front teeth) and then 6 teeth capped. We had to go to Texas in July of 2025, due to his doctors here at home unfortunately not being honest with me about contacting the dr in Texas. So we went ourself, and now we have all new doctors and team, also following with Texas. We have to go to Texas again this July. He had a gtube from may of 2024, to October of 2025. We had to remove it due to his body getting close to sepsis and his body rejecting the tube twice. He got diagnosed with epilepsy in September of 2025. He also got his 3rd port in December 2025 for chemo. He’s on cycle 8 of 12 forsure.
