My Story

Savanna Esqueda is a true fighter both on and off the field. In May of 2016, she was diagnosed with a Stage 3 Wilms Tumor. At just six years old, she achieved remission; a milestone that forever shaped her strength, perspective, and heart. Today, she proudly wears #6 on her softball jersey, honoring the age that marked the beginning of her victory story.

Savanna is known for her grit, determination, and never-give-up attitude. She plays with passion and purpose, giving her all in every practice and every game. Her journey has built resilience beyond her years, and she carries that strength into everything she does.

More than just a talented athlete, Savanna is a leader and an example to her teammates. She shows them what courage looks like, how to push through challenges, and how to compete with heart. Her story is one of perseverance, faith, and strength.  She continues to inspire everyone around her, proving that she is stronger than any obstacle placed in her path.
