Johnathan is an energetic and happy six-year old Kindergarten student. He is like every other average six-year old boy; playing with superhero figures, trucks and cars, four wheelers, catching bugs, eating ice cream, and getting dirty.
He has also been diagnosed with cancer, specifically a Wilms tumor of the right kidney. The tumor has metastasized to his lung and pelvic region. He was diagnosed with cancer on March 3rd and has been undergoing chemotherapy treatments since that time. His right kidney and tumor were removed on April 23rd, 2025 and he is to begin radiation therapy treatments within the next week to target the abdomen and lungs.
Like all of the children diagnosed with cancer, we find that these little people are so much stronger than we give them credit for. With the support and love of people such as yourselves, many go on to beat cancer and ring the bell.
You are a blessing to them and we all thank you for that gift!
Thank you for supporting me and the more than 300,000 kids worldwide who will be diagnosed with cancer this year. By sharing the gifts of your time, talent and money with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, you're supporting research to give all kids with cancer a better chance for a cure.
